GarageBand App Reviews

So I play in a band that uses lower tunings and when I sometimes get ideas out of nowhere, I cant exactly pull out my real guitar and record it so I dont forget. The problem is, I also cant create my ideas on the GarageBand guitars cause it goes no lower than standard E. This is a great app and its very helpful but please make lower tunings accessible for the guitar! ? bass can do it why not guitar? Also, it would be very useful to be given the ability to have multiple tempo changes or time signatures within a song without it affecting the entire project as it currently does. Just an idea though! Thanks :)

Ever since the latest update I cant export my songs. Please fix this. Would love to finish my movies and I cannot do anything with my files that i have created ob my phone. Please help. It crashes every time I try to export!

This app would be a solid 5 stars but theres no horns or woodwind instruments!!!! How can you make a real arrangement without that????

I tried and tried to download this app but it wouldnt let me because the iPhone was made in 2012 and only iPhones that were made after October 1st 2013

The app is great everybody else has flaws! But for some reason my doesnt and that makes the app worth five stars!

You should get this app you dont have to pay you create and make as much ringtones as you want

Perfect game I can create all sorts of different songs in here and I love how they add new song tracks every year. 10/10 best game to pass time and show off to friends

I have written several pieces of music with this app and I find it fairly easy to work with. The tunes also sound great once finished. There are a couple issues I have, though. First, it is a bit fiddly to work with when editing the notes on the tracks, and on the iPhone/iPod Touch version, there is not much screen to work with, which exacerbates this issue. Second, while the Alchemy Synth is a nice touch, it is currently only available on my iPod Touch. The iPad I have doesnt seem to support that feature. That needs to work on earlier versions of the iPad as well. Finally, some instruments are missing. A saxophone sound would be nice. Still, a great app to work with.

Music notes or making your own sheet music would make this app much better. I tried looking for apps that allow you to make your own music notes, but you need to pay for all of them. Adding this would make writing music much easier, and teachers could use it too teach and make music.

So, I remix a lot of songs and some of them had saxophones, it was harder to remix those songs without an actual saxophone... it would be very convenient if you added that.

It lists middle C as C3, which is wrong! Middle C should be C4, so please fix it!

I really like playing the bassoon on the app in the car because I cant have my real one with me 24/7.I also find it really annoying pressing the back arrow just to press b flat if you could make the key board a b flat scale instead of c that would be awesome most songs I need to press b but not high c as much.or better yet you could make a setting to have the keyboard centered differently to acces different notes instead of flipping back and forth.also please make new updates compatible to older iOS phones i.e. My 4.

This piece of junk keeps "changing lengths of multiple files" by that it means right when I open the project I plan to work on, it takes out recordings from one project Ive worked on before and replaces a ton of the tracks from the project Im currently opening. Hours of working on a track just to have it ruined. Thanks.

This app has been my favourite and i doubt that this comment will even be put into consideration for it might not be possible. But i could cry right now because the new version on IOS 10 is brilliant but im working on ipad 2 andi cant update my software to IOS10 which is very upsetting because the new uodate for this app is beautiful. If it was only available on IOS9 as well id loce for that to happen this is a great app its so sad i cant use all the features only becuase i have an old software
