Its so good I cant even say anything...

I have lots of storage and app will NOT download. I have had the app before and it worked perfectly fine!!!! Now it will not even download?? What?

I dont no way but if I go in to live loops and praise on chill it well go into a different one please fix ??

So I think garage band is great for what I use it for (custom ringtones) but right now it wont download and I cant tell if its because of my lack of storage or if its just a bug, but overall its a great app.

Im trying to make an orchestral song, but I dont have nearly as much instruments. I need things like a harp, solo strings, trumpets, tubas, trombones. And the samples just make them sound weird. Also please add more World instruments like sitars and ocarinas.

This is awesome and probably thr best music making app i have ever installed in my life, but we need a way to get more loops without connecting to a mac, i have to miss out on cooler loops because i dont have a mac anymore, pls make more mobile loops.

Id say Garageband is a very good DAW for being freeware for buying an Apple product. So Ill mention some good things first: There are SO MANY choices with the new rollout of the Alchemy Piano Synth, I havent even used them all yet! Not to mention the huge amount of sounds from the old piano. Its very easy to make a bangin beat! The UI is the best Ive seen, very user friendly, anyone could make music on this app. VERY USEFUL EQ AND EFFECTS. EXTREMELY EASY TO SORT PROJECTS. I LOVE THE PRESET VOCAL EFFECTS AND INSTRUMENT EFFECTS. Its so hilarious because, compared to the other $200+ DAWs out there, Garageband can do pretty much the same amount and its really really REALLY cheap. You can make high quality music, which is why some music artists use it. BUT... Theres alot of things in the app that the user has to sort of "deal" with. Here are some I can remember off the top off of my head: When doing live loops, I noticed the loops would freeze visually when looping, and it throws me off track everytime it does it (which is everytime I use the live loops.) It never did it before, and no, I am almost certain it is not because of me. When copy-pasting onto a live loop edit, sometimes the thing you copy and paste disappears when you paste it to another section. Im pretty sure this happens when you copy-paste actual audio in the edit if Im not mistaken. Some vocal effects need tweaking, the biggest example being the Vocal Transformer, because it breaks the audio of the vocal making it sound horrible. You should make it easier to sample audio off of iCloud, because the list of the samples keeps expanding with the amounts of things I sample and it can get hard to find the certain audio bit I selected off of iCloud. I also noticed when exporting a song to iCloud, the mix of the song gets messed around with; making some elements sound quieter and less "bangy" as they did in the mix on the iPad. This is extremely frustrating, as I have no idea how this happens, it should stay the same after exporting. Sometimes, when playing a loop during a recording, a note from a synth or other instrument will sound extremely distorted throughout the length of the recording, so I have to totally restart the recording sometimes. I have also noticed using apps like IM1 with Garageband give this "crackle" feedback when looping (I make all songs using the live loops which is a very useful tool) the sound from the Audio Unit. This happens alot when I try to use a virtual piano app with Garageband, so I always have to find a work around. The velocity and quantization of built-in drums are always off and weird when recording, so I always have to turn the velocity up and reassign the quantization of the drums to how I wanted them. Quite recently, some of my GarageBand files on my iPad got corrupted, some files were music I had worked on for days, and they cant be fixed. And I also noticed when mixing a beat together, when you budge the volume of an element the slightest amount, it greatly increases the velocity and volume, this happens alot with sampled elements. FX is useless, because it doesnt work at all; even when I playback the song from the start. It just doesnt work, and its a shame because FX makes some songs very interesting. Theres so much more to be discussed, but I can only remember so much. Maybe Im scraping the bottom of the barrel for some of the things here, but I think these are some pretty strong points.

I love GarageBand but sometimes I accidentally undo too far and wish I could undo my undos.

GarageBand had progressively gotten to the point of being the best free DAW for iOS... I love everything about it!

I love it! I go into the dubstep section and it sounds like the kind of music my brother listens to! My sister introduced me to it and she is on it consistently!? I got it as soon as she let me try!? I love this app!

The app is great, I can do amazing stuff with it but these days Im trying to make a recreation sound of BBCs Doctor Whos "Breaking The Wall" by Murray Gold, but impossible to put some orchestral drums since it doesnt exist! I tried with the Chinese one but it doesnt suit well! Please can you add some orchestral drums like you put orchestral strings? Thanks!

I have made a lot of songs on this app and it works great, but when I try to share any of them on Facebook of anything else it doesnt work and says "error" and on Facebook it says that I am not logged in but I am! Please help so I can share my music!

I absolutely love this app, I make music all he time and its the only studio I have, however I wanted to give it three stars because of the stupid "Optimizing Performance" crap, Ill be working on a song and it will KEEP POPPING UP even if it just popped up and it takes like 3 minutes or more like every time, it this stupid feature didnt exist this app would be perfect to me
