Not sure what happened, but now there is a ton of latency

Using the lightning port instead of the headphone port causes latency, which is now unavoidable on my iPhone. But now Im seeing it with my iPad Pro 10.5 inch model as well. At first I thought it was just because Im running some effects like reverb, but muting all tracks then going to just 3 didnt work. The drums are almost impossible to use unless I track them first, otherwise its too hard to keep with the beat because of the latency. This has got to be some sort of bug and I hope its patched soon.
