GarageBand keeps getting better and better! New additions are always welcome. Plus, I can integrate with other apps such as JamUp Pro and Bias. Love it!

The new update wont let me create automation notes (specifically on the hard rock guitar) it will play a single note but it wont work with the other notes the only way to counter this is to play the notes one by one on the guitar but if Im making a guitar solo with a lot of notes this is a huge pain plz fix!

This is the best app I have ever used.

Use it for video to add back ground track. Let you use as much automated track manufacturing, or as little as you want. Good for learning to understand how to put a track together, for all skill levels. More advanced features on the laptop version, but this has the basic core that you need to lay down audio, lyrics, at sampling. Fun and useful, works with midi devices, keyboards ect. Best music app you can on any operating system bar none.

Honestly reason on its own to buy an iOS device. The alchemy synth added recently to GarageBand adds so much value to my iPad its untrue. Now I have a phenomenal synth in my bag at all times as well as all the other amazing things I use my iPad for. THANKYOU Apple. A free synthesizer AND sampler. Outstanding.

After updating to version 2.2 the sound is gone. The meters are visible but there is no sound. Very frustrating. Tried to delete and reinstall - did not help, but lost all the songs.

Thank you for the Camel Audio Alchemy synth collection... cant wait to see how you expand on this. Thanks for the update. It really proves what this app can do iPad, but also proves that there are so many other things it could do, with further updates. Panning automation would be a handy feature. More great sounds like banjo, accordion, etc. would be cool. Please allow us to make our tracks any color we want, just like Logic Pro X... and let these color schemes port over to when we open our projects in LPX. This update was so huge it is hard to say anything negative about it. The UI looks cleaner and crisper than ever and everything works very snappy in IAA and Audiobus. Being able to use the massive amount of sounds including guitars etc but with the keyboard is a great feature. Better guitar sounds would be very handy. LASTLY What is the point of Wide colour display (P3) and True Tone display if you can only have mustard yellow for drum tracks, blue for recorded audio and green for MIDI tracks? Why cant we change the color of a track to whatever we want like in Logic Pro X?

If you are expecting this to be as good as Garage Band for your desktop, you will be very disappointed. The original Garageband for desktop is like a beautiful mini recording studio. The iPad app is nowhere near the original, takes up too much memory, and is not worth the price. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT

This app used too be free I have it but I never bought it. Cause maybe it got so famous they added a price tags on it now bawhaha, thats kind of sad when you figure a app goes free you regret it hard when it goes famous God damn grieves

The instruments sound good and they are all very playable. Theres decent integration with Logic Pro, too. It would be nice if Apple Loops were split out of the main download -- I only use the instruments and I would like to save some space.

Its overall good but I was so disappointed by the fact that I cant have multiple tempo in one track. Its enable me to create fully what I have in mind and I think it should be added soon knowing it is in the mac version. I hope Ill get heard..

Ok wtf is going on. When ever I try to record something is glitches out and deletes it. WTF I AM SICK OF IT DOING THIS!

I love the upgrade guys great improvement but you need to make this thing more comprehensive! Im doing a piece on my YouTube channel on the portable studio and it would be nice to feature this product but there are still pieces missing. Im tired of work arounds like importing midi songs into this iOS app! Lets not bring anymore painful experiences with this product, youve come a long way! Please consider the comments to make this app a star! I hate work arounds! Give me something cool to put on my channel!

Awesome app, really needs a theremin tho. Seriously, can you add a theremin? Please!!

Most of the update is pretty harmless however placing notes for making melodies is now insufferable, it auto places it as a quarter note on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th beat so eight and sixteenth notes are a pain

Sorry I know this is straight forward but heres a list to what you can add or at least try 1. Harmonica 2. Tri-Bell 3. Harp Sorry to ask you for this, I know this is a burden, But one last thing(So sorry) Can you add everything to do with the guitars? Please?
